Belle Brow Club Terms and Conditions
By clicking join and paying for your initial service you are agreeing and consenting to the below terms.
Membership Fee:
- Initial Sign-Up: $295 (includes your first ink session)
- Monthly Fee: $35/month
Membership Benefits:
- Annual Ink Refresher: Your $35 monthly fee includes one ink refresher session each year, ensuring your brows, eyeliner, or lips stay vibrant and fresh.
- Exclusive Discounts: Enjoy special discounts on all other services offered at Belle Brow. Members receive priority access and reduced rates for new services and treatments.
- Early Access & Bonuses: As a Belle Brow Club member, you'll be among the first to try any new services we introduce, often at a free or reduced cost. Stay ahead of beauty trends with exclusive perks just for you.
Terms & Conditions:
- Membership Commitment: The initial $295 fee is non-refundable and covers your first ink session. The $35 monthly fee will be automatically charged to your selected payment method.
- Annual Ink Refresher: Members are entitled to one complimentary ink refresher per year. Any additional refreshers or sessions will be charged at a discounted rate.
- Service Discounts: Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.
- Membership Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew annually. You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellations must be made in writing 30 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
Cancellation Policy:
- Membership Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your membership, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before your next billing date. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
- You may cancel your monthly membership by emailing info@belle-brow.com with the following information (full name, date of initial appointment, reason for cancellation).
- Service Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
- Refunds: All membership fees and payments are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel, your membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Note: Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
