Meet the Owner, Cindy Getz

Cindy Getz brings over two decades of experience to Belle Brow Microblading & Permanent Cosmetics, blending technical skill with a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to aesthetics. She specializes in permanent cosmetics and advanced laser treatments, with a focus on natural, confidence-enhancing results.

Known for her calm presence and exceptional standard of care, Cindy creates an experience where clients feel comfortable, informed, and truly taken care of. Her work extends beyond the treatment room as well, offering complementary services to cancer patients as a way to support and restore confidence during life’s most challenging moments.


We are pleased to announce our guest speaker at our 5th year celebration is Cindy Levan Getz.  Ms. Getz is the owner and CEO of Belle Brow Microblading and Shear Elegance Salon.  She donates her Microblading services to cancer patients in the mid-state area.  Microblading is a technique that uses micro-needles to implant pigment into the skin’s surface layers. It is done with a manual hand tool, and the artist carefully hand-draws each hair stroke, making the brows look incredibly NATURAL. Ms Getz was featured on WGAL  presenting her services.
Microbladed brows have a more natural look and feel to them. The hair strokes follow your natural hair growth pattern. The treatment also uses pigments with yellow and orange undertones so when they heal, they appear to have a more natural brown color. Ms. Getz will work together with you to determine the most natural shade for your skin as well as hair color. Your microbladed brows can last anywhere from a few months to a year but their lasting effects will still vary per individual. 
      
Ms Getz will do a presentation of the technique and if anyone is interested in the procedure take appointments afterwards.  She has locations in Lancaster, Linglestown and Jonestown. We are very excited to have this opportunity to share this with our Survivorship community.

Cindy Getz, owner of Belle Brow Microblading & Permanent Cosmetics, lives her mission each day by offering free microblading services for cancer patients.

In recent years, the beauty industry has seen an uptick in permanent makeup services. From microbladed eyebrows and tattooed face freckles to lip blushing and permanent eyeliner, these low-maintenance services allow customers to achieve beautiful looks they love with little-to-no upkeep. But not every patient walking in for these services is the same. 

At Belle Brow Microblading & Permanent Cosmetics in Lancaster, a unique group of customers come in for their services, excited to catch up with owner and beauty enthusiast Cindy Getz. But Cindy’s love for beauty doesn’t stop at external features; it’s more than skin deep. She’s taken what she calls her special gift in life and transformed it into a business she never thought possible. Each week, Cindy works with cancer patients, helping these women resurface identities many thought they lost—all free of charge.
